Dustin Rhodes Responds To Criticism About Recent Bullrope Match

Back on the June 4th edition of Dynamite Dustin Rhodes took on Nick Comoroto in a bullrope match. Rhodes received some backlash from fans for not losing the match. Rhodes would respond multiple times about the situation.

In now deleted tweets Dustin was asked what the point of having the match was. Dustin simply replied “Pay attention to the product.”

In another deleted tweet a fan said. “It was unnecessary and you should’ve lost. You have a Billy Jack Haynes, bruiser Brody hybrid, and you have him getting beat in a match he should’ve dominated. If you were as “passionate” as you claim, you should’ve put him over…”

Rhodes replied with. “He is a better wrestler after being in the ring. That is why your opinion specifically doesn’t matter. Your mom wants you back in the basement. #BasementDweller”
