Teddy Hart was sentenced to 10 day in the Richmond County Jail after his arrest on Feb. 12th for possession of a schedule III narcotic. His sentence was set to begin on Sept. 10th but Hart has since been arrested again since being locked up. PWInsider reports that the arrest comes from Hart being declated a fugitive from justice in May. Hart was arrested on Sept. 11th for that charge and is now facing charges of a felony arrest without a warrant. He’s set to have another hearing on Oct. 13th.
